Executive Chef of Chinchín Puerto Restaurant (Caleta de Vélez, Málaga)

He runs the kitchens of one of the temples of the product in Andalusia. Everything learned in a life at sea is now applied in the restaurant, a mecca for gourmets and foodies.

In 2005, she and his husband Sebastián Guerrero set up a fish restaurant after a life dedicated to the sea as a fisherwoman and ship owner. Villalobos took over the reins of Chinchín Puerto's kitchen to continue to venerate fish, which she translates into simple recipes that seek to extol the greatness of an excellent product bought daily in the fish markets of Caleta and Mortril. To do this, she uses techniques such as frying, grilling or cooking with little salt, in a show of simplicity that involves a perfect mastery of the product.  

Some of her delicatessen, are the shrimps with ajoblanco, the prawns of crystal or the croquettes of choco, plates of sense and honesty where everything what it is has a reason of being. Although if there is something that distinguishes the restaurant it is that the menu changes every day, so to eat good fish you have to be guided by what the display case shows or what the restaurant staff recommends.
