Technical Project Officer at CTAQUA

Food can reap the advantages of a scientific approach too.

In her job as technical project officer at CTAQUA, Teresa carries out activities as part of projects and services in relation to the sector of processed sea products, creating new formats and presentations to meet the needs of producer companies and of consumers.

She holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Cádiz, and a master’s degree in Food Biotechnology from the University of Oviedo, and her professional experience focuses chiefly on the development of new products in the food sector, improvement and optimisation of production processes, and R+D+i. She is currently completing a master’s degree in Food and Agriculture.
