After 30 years of experience as a hotel and restaurant chef, Canarian Juan Carlos Clemente Cubas has turned to gastronomic consultancy. In this field, he worked with the 5-star luxury hotel chain Iberostar Hotels & Resorts in the Canary Islands, where he promoted gastronomy and local products.
Previously, Clemente worked in the main hotels of the Canary Islands and in some of the best kitchens in the country, such as the Michelin-starred El Cingle (Barcelona), Coque (Madrid) and Martín Berasategui (Gipuzkoa).
