Geir Skeie is the cofounder of Pink Fish, a chain of restaurants whose mantra is to serve healthy fast food based on fish and shellfish. This Norwegian chef and businessman will give us his unique vision of how a fast-food restaurant can also be a proponent of health and sustainability.
