She fell in love with seafood during her time as restaurant chef. She now makes a stand for seafood at a number of organisations.

Founder of Scout, the leading sustainable seafood canning business in Canada and the US, chef Charlotte Langley worked for over 20 years at a number of highly acclaimed restaurants in Canada, and became a celebrity thanks to her work with seafood and media features sharing seafood recipes. 

At Scout she focuses on recipes with responsible sea produce practices, a task she also carries out as MSC ambassador in Canada for Chefs for Impact - a non-profitmaking organisation working on education on foodstuff sustainability - and as ambassador chef in Canada of the Marine Stewardship Council. Charlotte takes deliciously crafted seafood along wherever she goes.
