Gianfranco Pascucci's cuisine has a very strong distinctive trait, which enhances not only the fish, which moreover in Fiumicino arrives very fresh and is of excellent quality, but also all the extraordinary raw materials from the surrounding area.
An instinctive cook, who listens to and respects the sea, transforming it into dishes that speak through its most authentic scents and flavors. In the dining room we find Vanessa Melis, Gianfranco's wife, who with grace and elegance represents the perfect trait d'union with the chef's cuisine. Since 2012 Pascucci al Porticciolo has held 1 Michelin star.
