His first contact with the restaurant business was in the bar that his parents struggled to open when he was 15. From then on, he became interested in the sector and worked in various restaurants on the island until 2003, when he decided to start his first business, but it didn't work out.
With the experience he gained, he returned to his parents' bar and turned it into a small restaurant that gradually became more and more established. Five years later, he had the opportunity to take over a larger and better-located space, and so Lajar de Bello was born.
