A Canarian of German descent, this chef has more than 15 years of experience in the professional kitchen. After completing his culinary training in Germany and working for major hotel chains (Hilton, Starwood,...), he joined the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort as Executive Chef, with the Starfish-Atlantic Grill Restaurant as his flagship.
He defines his cuisine as responsible and conscious 360º cuisine, based mainly on seasonal, organic and local products.
