Chef at Donaire (Costa Adeje, Tenerife)
Self-taught and creative by nature, he brings his training and innate desire to give his sweet and savoury creations a recognisable signature to Donaire's cuisine.
He discovered his vocation through patisserie, starting out as a pastry chef at El Patio (the first Michelin star in the Canary Islands). Since then, in his constant search for excellence and originality in his dishes, he has attended courses at Chocovic and with the "sweet stars" Frederic Bau, Jordi Butrón and Oriol Balaguer.
In the XXXV Gastronomy Awards of the Diario de Avisos in 2020, he was awarded for his work: Best Work in Confectionery 2020.Through his ingenuity and preparation, he presents dishes of excellent quality, so that the guests take away the memory of a unique experience.
