Guillermo has had a love of food and the land at home since he was a child. His great-grandmother was a cook, his grandparents were farmers and his father a fisherman. His path to the kitchen was clear.
He studied cooking and pastry making and is in love with Canarian gastronomy and culture, something he transfers whenever he can to his gastronomic proposal.
Last May he was awarded the title of champion of the Absolute Canarian Chef Championship.
