Ann Golob

Ann Golob is Research consultant Rauch Foundation, where she has built a distinguished career in analysis and knowledge management. From 2006 to 2018, she led the Long Island Index, a flagship project of the foundation, contributing her extensive expertise in research, statistical analysis, and strategic planning.

With more than 20 years of prior management experience in Fortune 500 companies, Ann has worked at organizations such as Chase Manhattan Bank, AXA Client Solutions, and Guardian Life Insurance Company, where she developed a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making and organizational leadership.

She holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, combining her academic background with a professional focus on applied research. She currently serves as a consultant to the Rauch Foundation on various research initiatives, bringing her strategic perspective and interdisciplinary expertise. Ann divides her time between southern Vermont and New York City.
