In this inspiring conference, Theresa Zabell, double Olympic champion, will reveal the philosophy that took her from dreaming about the Olympic Games to winning the gold medal. Through five pillars —dream, resilience, teamwork, strategy, and preparation— she shows how the values of elite sport can be applied to overcome challenges and achieve great goals.
The talk will also address the transition to life after competition and how to transform sporting success into a new purpose. From this journey, the Ecomar Foundation was born, created to give back to the sea everything it gave her during her career and to promote education, awareness, sport, and science as tools to protect our oceans.
